Ordering guide

• Private Label fee is included in the price.
• The Minimum Order Quantity is 1000 trays.
• Please be aware that this is handmade products, so there are 5% chance of mistakes that may occur but we promise to try our best to avoid them.

Order Process:

• After agreeing on the price, customers send 50% of the invoice value (not including the shipping fee)
• Factory preparing raw material
• After agreeing on the design of the box, we print a demo design for the customer to review (ship to the customer or by taking photos, or videos of the box) before mass production. Printing boxes takes 15 days approximately.
• Production time: 1 week on average (depends on the order)
• Shipping: 10 days approximately
